Delete your account

You can delete your hrv.expert account at any time, on the website or in the app. Everything stored with it is erased at once.

What is deleted

Deleting your account erases everything stored with it, at once:

  • your email address, sign-in sessions and consents;
  • your readings, tags, daily check-ins and profile;
  • your recordings, with or without beats, with their details and the app's results;
  • the people you added to your account, and all their data;
  • your coach shares, both those you gave and those you received;
  • your newsletter and course subscriptions.

This cannot be undone. To keep a copy, download everything from your settings first.

Backups

Our database keeps backups for point-in-time recovery. Your data stays in them for up to 30 days after you delete your account, and then it is gone. Beat-to-beat recordings and app results are kept in separate file storage, and we delete them from it at once.

How to delete it

You do not need the app. On the website:

  1. Sign in with the email address of your account. We email you a sign-in link; there is no password.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose "Remove my account" and confirm.

In the app, sign in, open Settings and choose "Delete account".

If you cannot sign in, write to dpo@cardiomood.com from the address of your account, and we will delete it for you.
