HRV Analyzer
Open one RR recording or a whole folder of them. Guided mode shows the three numbers most people need; Research mode shows every metric, with figures and a methods paragraph for a report or a paper.
Drop RR files, a folder or a ZIP here.
Reads the same files as the RR converter: FIT, Apple Health, Polar, Movesense, Elite HRV, Welltory, Kubios, and RR text or CSV, also inside a ZIP.
In milliseconds or seconds; a column named RR is found in a pasted table.
Project
A project file holds your recordings, settings and corrections, so you can carry on later. It is saved on your computer and never uploaded.
Recordings are analysed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, not even file names. Privacy
How the Analyzer works
- Drop RR files from a chest strap, watch or HRV app, a folder of them or a ZIP, or paste the intervals.
- The Analyzer marks beats that look like artifacts, corrects them and works out the metrics for the recording you choose.
- Read RMSSD, SDNN and mean heart rate in Guided mode, or switch to Research mode for every metric.
What you get
- Artifact correction with the site’s rules or the threshold levels of the Kubios guide, and the share of corrected beats for every recording.
- Time-domain, frequency-domain and nonlinear metrics, each left blank with the reason when a recording is too short for it.
- Figures of the spectrum, the Poincaré plot and DFA, ready to download.
- A methods paragraph with references that says how every number was worked out.
- Many recordings at once, with one CSV of every metric.
